By using our website or contacting us, you agree to receive communications electronically (via email or website notices). Revisions Policy
We offer revisions based on your selected package. Unlimited revisions are available as long as the original concept remains unchanged. Standard revision turnaround time: 24–48 hours.
Refund Policy
Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Non-Refundable Cases
- •Final files have been delivered
- •Design concept has been approved
- •Revisions have already been requested
- •Delay caused due to lack of client response (5+ days)
- •Change of mind or business decision
- •Violation of terms
After a refund: All rights to designs remain with Codrex. You may not use any provided concepts.
Amendment Policy
We provide unlimited amendments within a limited timeframe. Request within 20 days of delivery (up to 45 days for large projects). Standard turnaround: Urgent (24h): 24 hours, Medium: 48 hours, Standard: 72 hours. After this period, the project is considered accepted.
Liability & Disclaimer
Our services are provided 'as is' and 'as available.' We do not guarantee error-free service, uninterrupted access, or absolute accuracy of all outputs. Codrex will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of data, revenue, or business. Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid for the service.
Right to Refuse Service
Codrex reserves the right to cancel any project or refuse service at our discretion. Use of stolen credit cards or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies to prevent cybercrime.
